Why I built this
I built One because I was tired of opening apps that asked me to perform. Every feed wants a take. Every story wants a curated moment. Every chatbot wants you to keep typing. None of them ever actually ask you to think.
Every day, two questions. One is just for you. The other, thousands of other people are answering at the same time, and seeing how they answered makes you realise the thing you're going through is rarely just yours.
The AI is there because it needs to remember what you've shared so tomorrow's question is sharper. The community is there because some things are easier when you know you're not the only one. No FOMO. No performance. Just a daily place to think.

How can I try One?
One is currently available through Apple TestFlight. Access is limited as we continue refining the experience.
Is One free?
During the TestFlight beta, One is completely free to use. Pricing details for the full release will be shared closer to launch.
What platforms does One support?
One is currently being developed for iOS. Android support is on track for the future.
Is my data private?
Your reflections are stored locally on your device. When you use AI-powered features, the relevant context is sent through One's Cloud Run backend to Google Gemini for transient processing, and the backend does not persistently store your reflection content. Authentication and optional notifications use Firebase. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
How do I report a bug or share feedback?

How does the AI work?
One uses generative AI to provide personalised reflections and insights based on your journal entries and check-ins. The AI is designed to support self-awareness, not replace professional guidance.
